The story is set in the fictional metropolis of Palm City about a police officer who was framed for a series of crimes that committed by a mysterious villain known as Chess and left for dead after he being caught. He was taken by Max Malni the ringleader of a circus who train him on this special abilities of being a superhero. In order to clean his name he reunited with his family, Faraday takes to guise his son’s favorite comic book hero known the Cape. The Cape Season 1 Episode 1 will succeed like a good hero drama should like smallville. The new superhero is mentored before battling a villain who's trying to take over the city's prisons.
